Transgender Affirming Counseling

Gender identity is a deeply personal journey, and embracing your authentic self takes immense courage.

At P.A.T.H., we create a safe, affirming, and trauma-informed environment for those exploring gender identity, preparing for or undergoing gender transition, or seeking support afterward.

Regardless of whether you're pursuing gender-affirming medical care, navigating relationships, facing discrimination, or working through internal conflicts, this space is here for you. We honor the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual
dimensions of your experience, walking alongside you through every stage—from exploration to transition and beyond.

Our holistic approach integrates evidence-based practices such as EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-focused methods within an LGBTQIA+-affirming framework.
We also offer letters of support for gender-affirming procedures when clinically appropriate and ethically aligned.

Your identity is valid. Your story is significant. This is a space for purpose, acceptance, transformation, and healing, just as you are.

Individual Psychotherapy

Healing begins with the brave act of allowing yourself to be seen, heard,
and understood. Individual therapy opens the door to a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your unique story, process your pain, and ignite personal growth.

At P.A.T.H., we embrace a holistic and evidence-based approach to mental health. Whether navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity issues, or life transitions, therapy becomes a powerful space to
reconnect with your true self. We specialize in trauma recovery, including sexual trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, and human trafficking, while addressing the intricate connections between mental, emotional, and physical wellness.

By utilizing techniques like EMDR, somatic therapy, TF-CBT, CPT, and
mindfulness meditation, we empower clients to embark on a journey of profound healing at their own pace. As a veteran and trauma-informed therapist, I recognize the effects of high-stress environments and strive to create a therapeutic haven where purpose, acceptance, transformation, and healing converge.

You don't have to navigate this journey alone. This is your sacred space to heal.

Couple's Therapy

Relationships are among the most meaningful and often the most challenging parts of our lives.

Whether you're navigating communication struggles, rebuilding
trust after betrayal, healing from trauma, or seeking reconnection, couples therapy offers a pathway to rediscover each other.

At P.A.T.H., we create a safe and nonjudgmental environment for partners to explore their needs, strengthen emotional bonds, and develop healthier communication and conflict resolution skills. With a holistic and trauma-informed
approach, we honor the emotional, psychological, and relational contexts each person brings to the partnership.

We support couples at every stage—from premarital counseling to navigating long-term commitment, parenting, intimacy issues, and significant life transitions. Together, we will restore connection, foster mutual understanding, and cultivate
a relationship grounded in purpose, acceptance, transformation, and healing.

All Hands In
Group Therapy

Peace. Acceptance. Transformation. Healing— Together.
Veterans carry profound experiences that are often hard to express—memories, emotions, and stressors unique to their journey. Group therapy offers a powerful space for service members and veterans to
connect, share, and heal alongside those who truly understand.

At P.A.T.H., our Veterans Group Therapy is crafted specifically for those who have served. This supportive, confidential environment is a place to process trauma, transition challenges, combat stress, moral injury, PTSD, and the lasting impacts of military life. Together, we explore healthy coping strategies, emotional regulation, and rebuild connections after service.

Led by a fellow veteran and trauma-informed therapist, this group utilizes evidence-based approaches, including EMDR-informed
discussions, somatic awareness, mindfulness practices, and cognitive
processing strategies—all within a holistic framework.

You are not alone on this journey. Healing flourishes in community, and
your next mission is peace.
